Personal/Sick Time - Employees earn three (3) personal/sick days per year following 3 months Full-Time (30+hrs/wk) employment

Holiday Time - Employees earn six (6) paid holidays per calendar year following 3 months Full-Time (30+hrs/wk) . Employees are required to be working or available for work on the days immediately prior to and after the holiday.

Vacation Time - Employees earn one week (calculated based on the average # of hours worked per week over 52 weeks) vacation at the completion of the first year of Full-Time (30+hrs/wk) employment.
This increases to 2 weeks after 3 years of Full-Time (30+hrs/wk) employment

Mega Solutions of Massachusetts sponsors an employee benefit package that has been designed for both quality and ease of use. Participation is limited to full-time employees who have maintained full-time status for at least 90 days. Full time employment is defined as working or being available to work no less than 30 hours per week.
