Mega Solutions provides employees to businesses on an as needed basis. Employees are available for full or part time assignments. Our employee "pool" allow us the flexibility to respond to your ever-changing needs.

Mega Solutions allows clients to have flexibility with their staffing needs should they need:

• Vacation, Sick Leave & Injured worker coverage
• Supplemental Staffing for peak/seasonal periods
• Temp- to- Perm probationary periods
• Short- Term Projects
• Temporary Assignments
• General Turnover of employees
• Year Round Maintenance of Staffing Segments

In order to register as a client, a service agreement must be signed and in effect. This is in the best interest of both you and Mega Solutions of Massachusetts. This agreement does not obligate you to use our services in any way. It merely spells out our mutual obligations in the event that you do request one or more employees. Should that occur, we are in a position to move very quickly to meet your requests. From there, we will find the employee(s) who best fit your needs and have them prepared and ready to go and serve your business.

Clients will always have final approval as to who is assigned to their operation and dictate any changes in personnel.
